We offer a 60-day satisfaction guarantee on all purchases. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery for a refund, in accordance with our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, and additional conditions may apply.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and verify the returned item. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue, and we will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons (e.g., personal care items, undergarments, or opened sealed products). If an item is non-returnable, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

9. Free Returns

We offer free returns for orders over €30. For orders below this amount, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
